How I Set My Goal Weight

We may have set a goal weight in the past and felt disappointed with our results.

At this point, we may feel reluctant to set an inspiring goal weight.

There’s no one-size-fits-all goal weight!

But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have a goal.

In this talk, I share some ideas about what to do, and what NOT to do, when establishing a goal weight.

You want it to be inspiring, and you want it to be achievable.

There are a variety of standards you may apply, and I run through some of them in this video. You want goals that set you up for success!
