What this event IS: this event is designed to give you a quick but transformative perspective shift on the holidays. We simply don’t need to throw out healthy eating, or experience weight gain, these next 6 weeks, and we don’t need to.

What this is NOT: just an information session, another fad diet, or one more set of tips to add onto the pile of tips you’ve been gathering.

5 days of live online classes–Monday – Friday, November 18 – 22. These live meetings will run about 15 minutes per day–  enough time to get a perspective shift that can change your results, and start you on a path to getting  slender for good.  

Access to a private Facebook group of smart, like-minded women over 40, 50, and 60 working to apply new ideas to behavior change, to finally get desired results.

Access to your mentor and guide, Dr. Ginny, for questions and answers for 5 days.
