No Good or Bad Foods– is that true?  Does this idea help or hurt our healthy eating efforts?

Just have “a little” of the treats– it’s no big deal, there’s no good or bad foods.

Beating ourselves up for eating “treats” is definitely not helpful. In fact, it will make our healthy eating journey more challenging.

But, to suggest that all foods are equally beneficial is not helpful either.

These are two extremes, and neither is helpful.

In this talk, I share a mantra many of us have found much more true and much more helpful:

Everything I eat or drink either helps or harms my body.

Slender for Good clients tell me every week how much this understanding helps them.

They find it to be more true, and more helpful to sustaining healthy eating and maintaining their slender for good results.
