Stop Cravings - No Willpower
If you’ve ever wished you had more willpower around food, I heard that. I used to think that was my problem, too– until I had one of those aha moments. A friend was complimenting me on my Slender for Good book and the results we get eating the SimplyWise Way, and she said, “the problem is, not everyone has your willpower.” And I was amazed she imagined I have great willpower when it comes to food and drink– because I DON’T.
