The Momentum and Clarity Call

Apply for a thoughtful conversation about creating lasting clarity and momentum with food and health

By the end of this conversation, you’ll have greater clarity about whether SimplyWise is the right path for you — and what your most grounded next step would be.

You may have seen this referred to as a Midlife Metabolism Reset or Breakthrough Call.
I think the Momentum & Clarity Call better reflects what we actually do here.

Why Talk with Me?

I’m Dr. Ginny Trierweiler — a psychologist and health coach who helps people create lasting change around food, weight, and health. It’s about changing the conditions that drive troublesome behavior, not quick fixes or force.

Over many years of work with clients, and through my own experience, I’ve learned that lasting peace with food, natural weight regulation, and renewed vitality don’t come from endless searching and trial and error. They come from learning and living within a coherent, nourishing approach over time.

I love to work with wise women in midlife who are ready to step out of confusion and into clarity.  If you’re tired of chasing answers and want something that finally makes sense, something that builds momentum naturally, I would love to meet you.

Momentum & Clarity Call

This is a private conversation for people who are considering whether the SimplyWise approach may be the right path forward.

Together, we explore whether you’re ready to step onto a way of eating and living that supports:

  • a healthy weight that emerges naturally from abundant nourishment

  • renewed vitality and energy

  • peace with food

  • and feeling at home in your body again

This call isn’t about quick fixes or answering one-off questions as though that alone will suddenly change everything. Lasting change comes from learning and living within a coherent, effective approach over time.

If you’ve seen this call referred to elsewhere as the “Midlife Metabolism Reset Call,” this is the same conversation– helping women in midlife regain clarity and momentum as their bodies respond differently to food.
